KWIHALA
Kwihala is a refreshing combination of adventure and style, designed for those who would like to be that little bit closer to the wildlife and the excitement of Africa, but who still crave the creature comforts to which they have become accustomed. It is a semi permanent camp located at two sites throughout the year and does not move whilst there are guests staying in camp. The camp is only 45 minutes drive from the airstrip at Msembe and also close to the river and the best game driving circuits in Ruaha. There are just six, well-spaced tents giving guests a very private opportunity to enjoy this magnificent park well off the beaten track of the main ‘big game’ circuits of East Africa. From the first sight of one of the Kwihala tents you are immediately aware that this is a 'different' style of camping. The shaded verandah with traditional safari chairs welcomes you to enter your spacious sleeping area. Furnished with 'proper' beds - either double or twin bedded - with bedside tables, a dressing table, space for luggage and hanging space, floor rugs and even curtains. The bathrooms (or shower rooms) are equally spacious and furnished with all the facilities of a modern bathroom with bucket showers and flushing toilets. A surprise as you follow the oil lamp lit trail to your tent in the evening is – electricity! Not only for lights but also for charging batteries and cameras, even hairdryers.The Mess Tent designed by a well-known contemporary African designer is the main social centre of the camp. The separate dining and relaxing areas create a homely feel.
BEHO BEHO
This exclusive camp or ‘very private home’ as it is frequently described, is situated in the cool highlands of the Selous Game Reserve. Accommodation is in permanent solid spacious bandas. Each has a fully equipped bathroom with twin basins, w.c.and open air shower giving full privacy. There is also a separate dressing room. The main bedroom area has no front wall or windows but is totally open to the large veranda with fantastic views. Mosquito nets around beds and fans. The hospitality that you will receive at Beho Beho is next to none and the food is excellent. There is a laundry service available. Beho Beho has comfortable bar and lounge areas. Meals are served in a number of different areas in the camp. Full size snooker table. There is a swimming-pool overlooking the plains.

Kilindi Resort is situated one hour from Stone Town on the north west of the island of Zanzibar. It is fringed by casuarina trees and set on a magnificent beach extending 500 metres.
