An enthusiastic team of chefs will provide you with the most delicious meals served in the charming Victorian atmosphere of the Dining Cars where you can enjoy the formality of fine china, crisp linen and silver. During the day dress is smart/casual. Attire is more formal in the evening when a jacket and tie is a minimum requirement for men. The lounge car provides an area in which to relax at any time of day and there is an observation car at the back of the train.
