Pushed out to sea by volcanic activity, Barbados is a very beautiful island with a mild, pleasant tropical climate. Coral reefs surround the palm-fringed shoreline and magnificent white sand beaches are lapped by crystal clear Caribbean waters. But what makes Barbados so special are the friendly Barbadian people (Bajans) who will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special.

Cuba is a beautiful country and its people are charming. Once the throbbing and glitzy centre of the rich and famous, the island has lived in a socialist time warp since the revolution in the 1950's. Standards of accommodation, food and service can be less than one would like but, the overwhelming consensus of opinion from our guests is that they are delighted to have experienced this fascinating country before things change – as one day they presumably must.

Grenada, regarded as one of the most beautiful of the Caribbean islands is lush and green with forest-covered mountains, rivers, waterfalls, spices and some of the best sandy beaches in the West Indies.
